1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bold Employ (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bold Employ provides a cloud-based recruiting and applicant tracking system (ATS) with CRM functionality designed for staffing agencies and HR teams. The Service includes:

  • Candidate pipeline management
  • Resume parsing and storage
  • Client and contact relationship management
  • Job posting and management
  • Email and calendar integration
  • Team collaboration tools
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

Paid Subscriptions

Bold+ subscriptions are billed monthly at $59 per user. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Scrape or extract data without permission

6. Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.

Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any candidate or client data.

Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Bold Employ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Employ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bold Employ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
